Massachusetts Recreational Cannabis Dispensary FAQ

Below we have compiled a list of popular Massachusetts Recreational Cannabis Dispensary FAQs to help give you some further insight before you enter our facility. 

1. What do I need to enter?
   • A valid state-issued ID
     • License (Does not need to be Massachusetts)
     • Passport
     • State-Issued ID Card
     • Military ID
   • Please note that temporary forms of ID, as well as paper IDs, are not accepted.
   • Expired IDs are not accepted. 
2. Do MA dispensaries track me/save my data?
   • No.  
3. Does MA dispensaries sell my information?
   • No. Here at QCC, we value the privacy of our customers. Our system keeps track of customer’s names to track purchase history, so you can confidently return and order the same thing again and again.  
   • If you would like to join our loyalty program, we will ask for your name, e-mail, and phone number. That information is confidentially stored and can be removed at any time. 
4. How much can I purchase in a day?
   • 1 ounce, or 28g of flower (Nugs & Pre-Rolls)
   • This is equivalent to….
     • 5g of concentrate; Dabs, Vape Cartridges, Disposable Vapes, tinctures
     • 500mg of Edibles; Gummies, Drinks, Chocolate bars, etc.
   • Don’t worry about ordering above your limit. Our computer systems will calculate how much cannabis you are purchasing and will never over-sell to you.
5. How much can I have on my person?
   • When traveling, you can have one ounce on your person. You must travel with your receipt as well for proof of purchase within Massachusetts and keep all cannabis products out of reach of the driver. We recommend keeping your product in your stapled bag until you arrive at your destination. Opted out of a bag? We recommend storing it in your trunk, or in a locked glove box. 
6. What forms of payment do you take?
   • Cash
   • Debit Cards ($3.50 fee)
   • We do NOT accept credit cards, visa gift cards, or checks
   • We DO have an ATM on site with a $3.50 fee.
7. Do I need to come inside to order?
   • Yes. You can place a pick-up order, however, we do not offer curbside pickup.
8. Can I take my weed across state lines?
   • No. You must consume your cannabis in the state you purchased it in. Crossing state lines with cannabis is a federal crime.
9. Does my cannabis expire?
   • All cannabis products are required to go through intense testing. On each product, you will find an expiration date. This date is 1 year after the initial testing. While cannabis does not necessarily ‘expire’ in the same way as other products, once a year goes by, the potency will begin to degrade.
     • What does this mean?
       • In flower, concentrates, and pre-rolls, exposure to oxygen increases the prevalence of CBN, a cannabinoid known to promote relaxation. You may find your older cannabis does not get you as stoned but may make you sleepier than before.
       • In edibles, the expiration date is a little firmer due to the nature of them being food products. While the degradation of THC remains the same as it is in flower, your gummies may lose their texture, and your chocolate may lose its rich flavor. We recommend you treat your edible’s expiration date like you would other food and use caution when consuming expired edibles. Be prepared for them to not hit as hard as they may have prior to them expiring and be wary of overconsumption. 
10. Can I get my weed delivered?
