07/17/2024 02:58 PMI really wish I could give them 5 stars, but I have to deduct a star for their loyalty program. I’ve been going here since they’ve opened, multiple times a week and not only have I not received any discounts, perks, anything, but my accumulation of points seems very low. It’s almost like they have it for the sake of having it, but they do not honor it. It’s kinda a sham to offer a program to incentivize customers to go there and not honor it. Also, the app is trash and barely works. The app does not have the same offerings as the website. I wish I could give 5, but I feel like they’ve been open long enough for these things to be addressed already. The pluses. The staff is amazing! You always see the same people and they are all extremely pleasant to deal with. They’re awesome! The specials are getting better and better, which is nice.
